Beautifully balanced with 20 teeth per inch and a 10.63 inch long blade (270mm). Tough and durable,this saw was designed to leave the bench and visit the jobsite. Cast aluminum alloy handle and secure blade locking mechanism assure safety and durability. With a taper-ground blade and electronically hardened teeth (as hard as an ordinary file) this professional-grade tool is at capable of Straight and accurate cuts in dimensional lumber, composite materials and even plastic laminate and bamboo! Teeth are precision-ground in Japan and blade is hard-chrome treated for additional toughness and resistance to resins and glues. Extremely precise and accurate cuts will delight our most exacting joiners and finish carpenters. Extra large teeth blade (8.5 tpi) is also available for pruning and is sold separately.
