I have owned this knife for a few years as well as 7-8 other Kubey knives. Kubey buys high quality steel from the US, Japan etc. Very good quality. For about 2 years I search the internet for the little brother of the Ka-Bar Camp knife because I wanted that blade shape in a smaller version but I could not find it. Then one day when looking at this kubey knife I realized I already had it and in a better quality steel with a better quality handle and a better quality sheath, that was a big surprise. I have about 50 large knives and this is one of the ones I like the most especially at this price.
