Feels like a Kershaw...looks like an Emerson. G10 has smooth edges. Blade fairly sharp out of the box. One hand deployment using thumb disc a bit tricky, in my opinion. From pocket using wave - quick! No problems. I used a magnifying glass to inspect the blade- not too bad. I found the tip to be dull compared to a 100% Emerson blade. Box and blade marked Made in China. Overall it is a nice "budget" Emerson EDC.
