[June 9th 2025]
As talks progress, Canada Post continues to operate with job action being limited to an overtime ban only at this time. We are now giving customers the option to indicate their preferred carrier (UPS or Canada Post), which can be selected at the checkout page. Orders to the USA must ship by Canada Post.

If selecting UPS:
Orders to PO Boxes, Rural address or remote areas may still be sent by Canada Post under certain conditions. In these instances the order will be put on hold and you will be contacted by email.

If selecting Canada Post:
While talks are ongoing an escalation in job action can be announced at any time. This may result in delays to your order until the job action is resolved.

[May 20th 2025]
Canada Post has now received formal strike notice from the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) that will put them in a strike position as of Friday May 23rd. All parcels are now being shipped via UPS. Orders to remote areas or with only a PO Box as the delivery address will be put on hold and shipped out at a later date.

[May 13th 2025]
The Canadian Union of Postal Workerd (CUPW) will once again be in a legal strike position as of May 23rd, 2025. No job action has been announced at this time. Effective today we may upgrade some parcels to Xpresspost so that they are more likely to arrive before the 22nd. As we approach that date, some parcels will begin to be shipped via UPS to reduce the chance of delays in the event of a labour disruption.

IMPORTANT: Orders with only a PO Box as the delivery address will be put on hold if they will not make it prior to the 22nd and shipped out at a later date. To avoid having your parcel held please include a street address.
