OH ... MY ... GOD ... 'midst shadows on the forest floor in the serious moonlight, this light is a diffuse ray of sunshine, free of artifacts. I measured the CRI and TLCI scores with a Sekonic C800 spectrometer, and found that it exceeds the specs from the manufacturer. There is NO eye fatigue working with this light, as is often the case with LEDs emitting at higher colour temps. If seeing accurate colour that is NOT washed out is your thing, then high CRI lights are the way to go; this particular one being exceptional. Overall build quality is good. The light itself is gorgeous, tactile, and its operation/mode switching is absolutely the best I've used. I have other flashlights with more throw and more power, but this one is the one to beat for proper fill for colour rendering and contrast.
