HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY EXTENSION
Purchases made between November 19th-December 24th 2023 may be returned or exchanged until January 8th 2024; Standard restrictions and policies otherwise apply. For return procedures, please see "shipping and returns"  page.

ON HOLD ORDERS
If your order is on hold, an email will be sent with details on the status and what is needed to process the order. To correct an issue in a timely manner either reply to the email or call us at 604-875-1867 as soon as possible. On Hold orders will be held no longer than 4 days after which they will be cancelled.
