This machete is an absolute beast! It's got a super beautiful sheen, and brute like feel and edge to it. When you give it swing it either sheers off anything in its path or makes a serious dent in the thicker branches. I have clean swiped off a 1 inch branch no problem. It's blade thickness is very beefy and serious. It is quite heavy but when you are using it during a swing it really puts some force behind each swing.
