Outstanding value EDC knife! While you are not getting the best in materials, you are still getting above average material. What sets this EDC apart is the high quality production. The 14C28N Swedish blade was dead center and came sharp out of the box. I gave it another 10 minutes on the Sharpmaker for a hair popping edge. Edge retention is not bad at all. With light to medium use, I haven’t needed to sharpen it in weeks. Stainless steel handle has some weight to it, but light enough to feel comfortable in your pocket. No horizontal/vertical play, and opens with authority. It has high detent though, so it will need breaking in. I’ve gotten a number of compliments on this knife, it just feels and looks premium. The only thing I don’t like is the handle can feel a bit slippery, the smooth surface does not offer much grip.
