These knives are beautiful! The plain edge, single bevel blade style is wonderful to use for craft and you could easlily shave with proper stone grit. Sharpening the blade is so easy on a stone, you will never stress about having a razor sharp blade and keeping it that way again. Thanks for the speedy delivery as well!
