I’ve owned numerous slipjoints and considered them to be a Gentleman’s pocketknife because of their inlays, jigged spines and polished blades. I didn’t carry them often mainly because they were more of a pretty knife and on the small side for my liking.

Having owned numerous Sebenza and Inkosi in small and large; I’m accustomed to the CRK brand, quality, durability and most importantly the usability of these knives. With the introduction of the Impinda, I saw a knife that size wise is in between the Large and Small Sebenza & Inkosi which is highly desirable for me. I’ve carried this Impinda since I purchased it and rate it quite highly compared with the other CRK products. Only downside is the lack of a thumbstud. It’s actually a minor inconvenience because everything else about the Impinda is 5*. The lockup, handle shape and thickness and SV35N blade make this knife an excellent carry and usable knife.
