Belt sizing is measured from the fold over the buckle to the center hole in inches. This is the waist measurement and will be at least 1-3 sizes larger than your usual pant size. Measure around your waist in inches for the coresponding belt size. Ie: Normally wears size 34/36 but measures around waist is 38". You would wear a size 38 Boston Leather Belt.
